Total Battle

Total Battle is a resource management and military strategy game that, by picking up the premise of the popular empire game Ace of Empires, takes you back to a universe where the neighboring land is being ravaged by all kinds of attacking monsters, and your job is none other than to strengthen your territory and expand your empire while fighting against evil.

The premise of Total Battle is as follows: you are the highest-ranking military officer in the land, and the citizens trust your ability to lead the way in battle and restore prosperity to the city. Every citizen of your land will come to you for help with a situation, or ask you to take back an area from the monsters. Your job is not just to win battles but to know when your military capabilities aren't up to the task so you can turn to training soldiers and preparing them for tougher battles.

In addition to helping the people, you'll have to create a special space for yourself as High Command, expand your crown's domain, rebuild key buildings, use the money obtained in expeditions wisely and, ultimately, become your executing hand of your lord's domain. In addition to this, you can interfere in political decisions, decide what kind of king you want to have and much more.

The Total Battle graphics are largely inspired by the original Age of Empires, although a more elaborate touch has been added in the character dynamics, giving a more modern design.
